Good Eating and Heart

When paying attention to Group 1 presentation it showed me that nutrition is a very important part of life. Being into the gym culture people do say “Abs are made in the kitchen” and after listening to this presentation it makes sense. Your body goes off based on what you feed it. If you feed out trash your body won't be able to perform at its full potential. You also want to feed it good food because of gut health and your heart. In the national perspective as a   country try to promote healthy eating habits by promoting diets and other healthy alternatives. We use public health campaigns and school meal programs for our students. In the local perspective, we have things such as farmer markets that sell healthy and organic food. Happiness presentations review

Happiness Presentations Review by Jamie Hidalgo  Each presentation had a theme but the overall theme of this assignment was happiness. Group one’s presentation is about good eating- “heart, mind , and body” which is all you need to know about food and good eating that also affects your overall health. Group two’s presentation is about paying it forward a term that essentially means good karma. When you pay it forward you're doing something nice for someone else and it's repaid to you by either the same person or someone else. As for group three’s presentation it talks about self care which is when you understand your body and cater to it because it is very important for the human mind and body.  These presentations were very interesting and I learned so much from them and was a bit inspired too.  To begin with, group one's presentation was very colorful and well put together overall. There are 30 slides in total and each slide in this presentation is unique to the topic ...
